Description

Venom Automotive 1UZ-FE Non-VVTi Drive By Wire (DBW) Throttle Body Adaptor is designed to mount a Bosch 74mm (PN: 0 280 750 474 - Not Included) to the Non-VVTi OEM Intake Manifold to enable a host of benefits when paired with an aftermarket ECU, such as:

Tidy up the Engine Bay by deleting the Throttle Cable.
Increased Tuneability and Idle Control
Launch control capability

This bracket is reversible to suit chassis or aftermarket fuel line configurations.

Requires the use of an aftermarket ECU and E-throttle pedal.

Installation Tips

Remove OEM Throttle Body as per the Toyota Soarer Repair Manual (TSRM)
Remove existing manifold studs with Vice Clamps in an anti-clockwise direction.
Drill out the upper threads to a 9mm size to allow the M8 bolt to pass through.
Ensure the 3mm O-Ring is correctly seated. Install Adaptor Plate (no OEM gasket required).
Ensure the 2mm O-ring is correctly seated. Install the Bosch 74mm DBW Adaptor.
Complete Wiring Installation - Refer to Bosch Installation Instruction (not supplied).
Reinstall Intercooler Piping - Note that additional lengths or bends will be required as this throttle body is shorter than the OEM Variant.
