1. Promotion overview
The Venom Automotive September Order-Refund Draw (Promotion) is run by Oliver Design Co. trading as Venom Automotive, ABN 35 111 646 256 (Promoter).
The Promotion opens at 12:00 am AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 30 September 2026 (Promotion Period). All times in these Terms & Conditions are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
One eligible order placed during the Promotion Period will be selected at random and refunded, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Who can enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. International residents are not eligible to enter.
A person who is conducting or administering the Promotion, determining the winner, or involved in the management of the Promoter is not eligible to enter. Other employees or contractors of the Promoter may enter unless prohibited by applicable law or these Terms & Conditions.
3. How to enter
To enter, an eligible person must place a paid retail order through www.venomautomotive.com.au during the Promotion Period.
Each eligible order receives one automatic entry. An eligible person may receive more than one entry by placing more than one eligible order during the Promotion Period.
There is no additional entry fee. Entrants pay only the normal purchase price for the goods or services ordered.
An order is eligible only if it is a genuine paid retail online order placed through the Venom Automotive website, is not cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, subject to a chargeback or otherwise invalid, and otherwise meets these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter may verify the validity of an entry and the entrant’s identity at any time.
4. Prize
There is one prize. The prize is a refund of the selected eligible order’s paid product value, up to a maximum of AUD $3,000 including GST.
The prize excludes shipping charges, gift cards, store credit, non-refundable charges, finance charges and any amount not paid for eligible products. If the paid eligible product value of the selected order is less than AUD $3,000 including GST, the refund will equal that lower paid amount. If the paid eligible product value is more than AUD $3,000 including GST, the refund is capped at AUD $3,000 including GST.
The prize will be returned to the original payment method used for the selected eligible order. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash other than through that refund process.
5. Draw and winner notification
The draw will take place at 10:00 am AEST on 7 October 2026.
The Promoter will conduct a random electronic draw from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The Promoter will keep a record of the eligible-order export and the draw process.
The selected entrant will be notified by email using the email address associated with the eligible order within one business day after the draw.
No separate claim action is required from the selected entrant. Subject to eligibility verification, the Promoter will process the refund to the original payment method within 1 business day after the draw.
If the selected entry is found to be invalid or ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a further random selection from the remaining valid eligible entries to determine a winner. If the original payment method cannot accept the refund, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to contact the selected entrant by email and arrange an alternative lawful method of payment.
Winner details will not be published unless required by law or the winner has given prior written consent.
6. General conditions
The Promoter’s decisions about the Promotion, including the validity of entries and selection of the winner, are final, subject to applicable law.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits a fraudulent order, breaches these Terms & Conditions, engages in unlawful or improper conduct, or acts in a way that compromises the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
The Promoter may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion only to the extent permitted by applicable law and where circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control make it necessary. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify entrants of any material change.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, Instagram or any other platform used to promote it.
7. Privacy
The Promoter collects and handles personal information to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact the selected entrant and process the prize. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Venom Automotive Privacy Policy.
By entering the Promotion, an entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may use their personal information for these purposes and as otherwise permitted by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
