Venom Automotive Cam Sensor Delete Kit for the 1JZ or 2JZ-GTE Engines allows for the removal of one of the two cam sensors located on the GTE heads. Removing one of the sensors is optional when running an aftermarket ECU that typically requires input from just one sensor rather than two.
Due to age, the existing sensors are prone to leaking, so replacing the OEM sensor with our billet block-off plate allows for a cleaner installation.
Our sensor plates are uniquely designed with a double O-ring seal to ensure years of oil-leak-free driving.

After installing an aftermarket ECU, remove the existing Cam Sensor bolts, 2x 10mm.
Remove the existing cam sensor by sliding it back out of the head.
Install the Venom Automotive Cam Sensor delete plate and new hardware (M6-5mm Allan Key).
