Description

Venom Automotive Universal Drive By Wire (DBW) Throttle Body Adaptor is designed to mount various Bosch 68-82mm DBW units to a range of Intake Manifolds to enable a host of benefits when paired with an aftermarket ECU, such as:

Tidy up the Engine Bay by deleting the existing DBW throttle body
Increased Tuneability and Idle Control
Launch control capability

This bracket allows for the Bosch Throttle Body to be rotated 90-degree increments in any direction to suit chassis or aftermarket fuel line configurations.

Requires the use of an aftermarket ECU and E-throttle pedal.

Pitch Cirle Diamter or PCD for short is the centre to centre bolt pattern of the back mating face. If you are unsure of the PCD of your intake manifold, please contact us.

Installation Tips

Ensure the 2mm Rear O-Ring is correctly seated. Install Adaptor Plate (no gasket required).
Ensure the 2mm Front O-ring is correctly seated. Install the Bosch 68-82mm DBW Adaptor.
Complete Wiring Installation - Refer to Bosch Installation Instruction (not supplied).
Install Intercooler Piping, note we offer several o-ring and clamp mating adaptors for various pipe sizes.
