Venom Automotive Toyota 1JZ / 2JZ Billet Oil Filter Adapter Plate

Description

Our Oil Filter Adapter Plate Kit is designed to suit all 1JZ-GTE, 2JZ-GE & 2JZ-GTE Engine variants.

Made to accommodate twin-10AN lines without impeding oil flow, our unique design uses a specially designed bolt for OEM-style installation, preventing loosening and unwinding common in universal sandwich-style filter adaptors.

This Oil filter adapter also features 2x 1/8 NPT Tapped Ports on the pressure side to suit oil feeds and additional sensors. NPT ports are tapped to ~7mm depth; further tapping may be required for specific sensors/fittings.

Metric M20x1.5mm threads to suit Speedflow Adapters (PN: 735-10 or 735-08). These are non-orb designs, so thread sealant is recommended during final installation.

It is paired perfectly with our optional Remote Oil Filter Housing.

Finish

• Available in any colour anodising you want, as long as it is Black.

Installation Instructions

1. Remove the Oil Filter and OEM Oil Cooler Assembly.

2. Install NPT bungs and sensors as required on the adapter. We recommend using thread sealant on all AN-threaded components.

3. Remove the existing M8 stud using an E7 Torx Socket or Vice grips.

4. Install the Billet Adapter plate using the Oil Filter bolt, finger-tight. Ensure that all packaging debris is removed from the component before assembly.

5. Install the M8 Bolt to secure the adapter plate and prevent rotation.

6. Torque the Oil Filter Bolt (Silver Piece) to 78NM (58ft-lbf).

7. Connect the associated AN hoses to complete the installation.
