Need a bespoke solution to mount your Drive-by-Wire (DBW) Throttle Body?

We are now offering custom adaptors to suit any make, model or engine conversions. Our custom adaptors can be designed to mount to any Bosch DBW unit and follow the design language found in our popular 1UZ, 1JZ, and 2JZ line up with double o-ring seals and port-aligned flow paths.

The Process & Information Needed

1. Please send through an enquiry via the contact us page (link) before ordering to discuss your requirements, and we'll work through the best solution with you.
2. Once we have an outline of what you are after and the necessary information to get started (Bolt size, pattern and port diameter), we'll raise an order.
3. We'll then prepare a concept design and 3D print it for test fitting. This will allow your build to continue while we manufacture the final version from 6061 Aluminium.
4. Once complete we'll send out the final version. Lead times can vary around 5-6 weeks.
